Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options
1. Scope
This cancellation policy applies to all purchase options acquired through our platform.
2. Cancellation Eligibility
- Tracking Orders: Cancellations are only partially possible for orders shipped with tracking. A cancellation can only be requested if the item has not yet been dispatched. Once the shipment is on its way, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Snail-Mail / Standard Shipping without Tracking: Orders sent without tracking cannot be canceled once dispatched. Cancellations are only possible before the item has been shipped. Due to the untraceable nature of this shipping method, cancellation or return cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service.
- Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel the order.
4. Processing of Cancellations
- If the cancellation is valid and the item has not yet been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Any amounts already paid will be refunded within 5–10 business days.
5. Exceptions
- Orders that have already been dispatched or received cannot be canceled.
- Digital products, subscriptions, or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation.
