Important Announcement – EU Shipping

Due to the new PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), we are unfortunately no longer able to ship orders to EU countries outside of Germany.

Shipping within Germany will remain available as usual.

Any existing orders with a shipping address outside of Germany will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Our Snail Mail Member subscriptions for EU customers outside of Germany will also be paused. Customers can cancel their subscription themselves at any time.

We are currently working on an alternative solution and hope to resume shipping to the rest of the EU as soon as possible. This will remain in effect until further notice.
